Does somebody has a exporter for truespace to 3ds max 6?
or an importer for 3ds max to import .scn or .cob?
i need these ones really bad so can anyone help me?

Just export it to a format that 3ds can import. For instance .obj or .x to name a few. Or if you are really desperate you could just model it in 3ds.

It's not an exporter, but Deep Exploration is a pretty good app for converting all kinds of formats. Kind of expensive though.
