CH14 : Show Book Models Crashes

I just finished my model in milkshape and exported it as a .dts, however whenever I try to run it using the Show Book Models tool, it crashes and brings up the "send an error report" screen. I took the hero model included from the book and exported it and it worked fine. I checked all of the names of my materials and all of the names of the joints and groups. Everything matches the book's. I can find nothing different. Can anyone help?

ALSO: I have it installed in c:/program files/3dgpai1 instead of in c:/3dgpai1, however it has always worked fine up until now. Thanks!
