Eovia Hexagon

Greetings,

I just discovered Eovia's Hexagon (www.eovia.com). I must say, I'm more impressed with the animated feature tour of the tool in action than I am wtih Maya. Seems to be rather productive. But I don't know yet.

It exports to max, obj, and others. I'm wondering if anyone knows how well the models would do in TGE. I'm interested in using the tool but I won't sink money into it unless it'll be of value.

Anyone know?

Hexagon could be a useful modeling and texturing application, but you would still need another application for exporting to DTS. Also, it doesn't appear to support any kind of animation, so the tool would only be useful for static shapes.

I prefer Modo and Silo, myself. But both of them are for static shapes. I use Lightwave to animate.
