Well, you should get a small yellow box.

First choose the right object from the treeview at the top right. THe trigger should light up. Then hold ALT+CTRL and drag out a face.

Are you aiming the camera or player at the ground before you create the trigger ?

Make sure you give it a name (so you can find it in the treeview control easier) ... then select the ground, to desselect hte trigger. Press F3... use the treeview to find the object you just created. It should be right in front of you (since you were aiming at the ground) ...

From there you should be able to scale it... either therough the fields in the menu on the right... Or through the alt+ctrl+drag method.

Hmms .. ok i press F11 then F4 then goes to Mission Objects -- > Mission -- > Triggers

Then i got a box saying Buildig Object Trigger , In the Object Name Box , I put "Test"

DataBlock is Default Trigger , Polyhedron 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 -1 0 0 0 1 ... i click ok and i get a blue dot... i can't ctrl+alt and drag it at all .. and no yellow box .. thanks for helping me though .. :P I appreciate it alot.
