Character gravity

Hi guys
We have a pecular problem.
We are trying to import a character which has been developed in 3ds max 6 using biped character studio 4. The character is coming in to engine but has a problem of gravity and floats in the air and the mount is not recognised.
How do i fix it

As per your suggestion we did things , but the character still floats. the problem persists.Kindly guide

Is your characters feet placed at the bottom of your bounding box?

Now some how I am able to get the character feet to the ground but still have a problem with Eye, Cam and Mount nodes I am following the torque game engine documentation. Still the cam is going in the ground with weapon I don't know what I am doing wrong?
