I don't want to appear rude, but please try to gain some basic skills like grammar and spelling before trying to build a team. Also a bunch of lines in capital letters are a pain in the ass to read.
If you are being serious you might want to do a detailed design document before promising the one unique game. If you are trying to do it the way you are doing it right now, I promise you none of your funny creatures will ever see a serious release.

Uh, yeah, you, uh, you do that...

Seriously though I'm usually for the dreamer, they should have the chance to prove themselves, but this is rediculus. Even outside all the mistakes in your post, an exact ripoff of Pokemon is just nonsense.

Please, at least be creative if you wish to design a game. If you wish to make a copycat of another game, state that, seek the rights, and by all means go right ahead and see if it can be done. Not to be degrading, but your post suggests you lack any worthy skill in game development. I suggest you research the development lifecycle a bit before just jumping in with an (albeit whimsicle) idea.

Come on guys, he's obviously like 14 years old, give him a break.

@Carthel: for your first project, think small. If you have a t2d license, try to first recreate the spaceshooter demo, (after following the small tutorial in the docs)

Then, once you can recreate the spaceshooter demo, modify it to do cool things you want.

After you do that, then decide on a bigger/better project you want to work on.

It's also his very first post here. What i don't get.. why do people pick a MMORPG as their first torque project? Ah anyhow, how much you wanna bet he got scared off? :)

Poor kid. At least he has an idea of what kind of a team he will need. Carthel maybe your plans are a little too ambitious though. Like Jason said, try something smaller right now and continue to work on your X-MON documentation on the side and really get your ideas fleshed out. By the time you finish your first game, you'll have the knowledge to make X-MON as good as you dreampt it to be. By then you may have even came up with a better, more original idea all together. Good luck man.

I like to read the rude responses and make note of who NEVER to work with in the future. :)

    @Carthel

Good luck. Don't listen to the guys who tell you that you can't do something. They just talk to try to sound important. My favorite line "I don't mean to". You can do it. And if you can't... hey, no big deal... there are 1000s of professional games that never got finished and it doesn't mean that they shouldn't have tried. At least you won't owe millions of dollars to someone. Have fun bud! :)

There wasn't anything rude in the above replies. They merely stated the same thing said to nearly 100% of the help wanted posts on gamedev (albeit without the flamage).

    Start smaller.

    Start smaller.

    Start smaller.

Check your spelling. Check your grammar. Remove the Cap Lock. Work on other people's projects before trying to lead your own.

@Carthel: ??? okay, let me use my analytical skills on this one: (for fun only of course)

    1) The only reference to your age was me guessing you are 14.

    2) You posting Oh for your information im 18 i dont give out my real age infers that you think we do have access to the age you put on your profile (we dont).

    3) That inferance that we know the age on your profile further infers that the age you put on your profile is 14.

    4) If the age you put on your profile is 14, the probability is that you actually are 14, and that you are now pretending to be 18.

    .......

of course, this was just my fun mental exercise... I dont really care if you are 14 (i wish i was 14 again) I just had fun parsing the logic behind this statement :)

I'd be interested, how much is the pay? Do you have any Concept art or release dates?

That'd probably total up to about 35+ staffs to run after release (live team + maintenance + administration), you'd need something like 150-200k subscribers to make any profit. Do you have a business plan?
