Posted a project but it is not listed

I posted a project as well as a company. Each time it indicated that the submisison was successful, however it clearly was not as the project and company were not listed.

I tested it a bit and found that the problem was I took too long to make each submission, however I was not notified that the time limit had expired and that the submission was not successful.
