Download of the SDK?

I purchased the SDK some months ago (as seen on my "My Purchases" page), but I stopped working on my game because of personal issues, then my HDD crashed and I lost the SDK.

Now, when I try and download the SDK, it gives me an Access Error, telling me that only developers who have bought it can download it....well, I did buy it! What gives?
