Mac and PC cross compilation

Hey everyone, this is a post for all of those teams out there that have both Mac and PC developers. We just spent a great deal of time dealing with some incompatibilities when using both versions of the engine (mac and pc). eventually we came to the conclusion that if you are in a team like this DELETE THE .DSO FILES IF YOU GRABBED THEM FROM ANOTHER COMPUTER. I tried running the PC example with .DSOs compiled on a Mac, which resulted in a quick lockup. just delete all the .DSO files and you'll be fine.
