Resource Comment Posting

Hello, I was trying to make a resource comment post about a problem i was having with a resource and i am getting a forbidden error, i am logged in and a paid up torque TGE owner, i just posted one a few days ago so i'm not sure whats up. thank you for any help you can offer,
