Flying Vechicle making

Hello! I finnily got 3DGPAi1 and got to UVMapping and Milkshape. And now I've exported my first space ship with a bounding box and a collision mesh! Tis UVMapped too. I was wondering how do I make this space ship able to be used as a Flying Vechicle in TGE and also give it weapon ports? Do I have to make nodes somehow and use the nodes to fire from?

BTW I looked at the resources and couldn't find much, I also searched the forums but still nothing on how to make Flying Vechicles in Milkshape. :< If anyone could point me to a tutorial that will help which I missed, that'll be great.
