Lots of defunct resources

I was browsing through Art >> Texture Archives and noticed several with broken links or defunct projects, and people had noted it in the comments, but the resources remain.

I suggest adding a couple of new ratings to the "Rate it!" tool on the resource pages:

Defunct

Link Broken

Then the webmaster could easily do a sql query and go through and QA the site for broken or outdated stuff.
