More questions of torque

- Is there any discount for TGE if I already own T2d? (Im asking this because somebody mentioned it I think)
- If I get two seats of torque 2d and I want to "hire" a programmer to work with me, can I give one copy of torque to work, and then in case he stops working with me, can I give the "license-copy" to another person? I plan to do this online, so how would I go dealing with the licenses?
- When you want to prevent your game ideas to be stolen, what are the steps that you can do to keep your intelectual property safe? can I do something to copyright my characters? the name of my game? the concept? whats possible and whats not? (if you want to point me to some info it may be better)
-Are you planning on releasing another tutorial for torque 2d? an indepth one maybe? anything?
Sorry for so many questions I keep asking day after day, but Im really excited, and I want to learn as fast as I can.

You are right, I myself believe that Ideas are nothing unless they are implemented, the world is filled with great Ideas but little commitment for bringing those alive. Im sure my idea is nothing revolutionary or maybe nobody will be interested to steal it, I was just curious to know what steps do indie developers usually follow to keep their ideas safe if at all.

2) You would have to purchase a commercial license to do this (it is a "seat" that you buy that any programmer can fill). The Indie license is bound to an individual and can only be used by that individual (no sharing).
3) Game ideas are a dime a dozen. I could give you a couple dozen excellent game ideas right now if you want them with full blessing to "steal" them. One of my most successful game ideas (BoomBall) was publicly documented and offered for more than a year before I got around to making it. Implemented games are what is hard. Seriously. That doesn't stop this from being one of the top 5 "newbie" questions though =)
4) There are more docs/tutorials on the way for T2D.
