New Search: More Feedback, Less Relevancy?

It took me a while to figure out why I didn't like the new search, but it finally dawned upon me.
In the old search you would get a result something like this:
Now with the new search I'll get this:
While I now have 3 more lines of information to process, none of it is really relevant, apart from maybe the date of posting, and that is not always displayed. With the old method I would know the topic, what forum it was from, and the date, now I just know the topic and maybe the date.
Is it possible to customise the 3 lines below the result to give information such as what forum its from?
Also I've mentioned this in another thread, but it'd be nice if when you were searching through lots of results, the links you'd visited would show as purple (or anything different) so that you can keep track of which threads you've read through.

Now I just want to clarify that I love the new site and that things are being updated. I'm not grumbling, just throwing my 2 cents in for a possible improvement.
