T2D fish demo

Hello,
T2D developers may find it interesting...
I've just got an access to the P4/1Gb RAM/nVidia Quadro 740 GX 128 Mb computer (professional workstation for art, my development machine is Cel/256 RAM notebook) and tested T2D fish demo. Interesting, but the demo allocated about 600Mb of memory and had about 70 FPS.
I'm just curious, what does it make to be so memory hungry? Is it a memory management problem in T2D or just in the demo code?
Btw, I have the latest drivers installed. Any ideas?
