SetCursorPos bug/fix?

I was attempting to keep a mouse-bound game cursor within a certain area, and I noticed that setCursorPos was only changing the location of Torque's cursor, not the actual hardware cursor. Thanks to the new Google box I quickly found a TGE-related post about this issue back in July '04, with a code fix all nice and tidy, for all three platforms. This seemed just about to go into the head of CVS back then, but my version of the source (TGE or T2D) doesn't have the fix; was there a reason this hasn't yet been incorporated? It seems to work great for me in T2D.
