How do I create a DSQ compatible skeleton

Hey,
I'm making a lot of progress on the game that I'm creating and now I'm ready to create my own character model. I've already created the character mesh, now I need to give it a skeleton. I want to be able to use the DSQ animations that already come with torque, there's no need to re-invent what already exists. I created a skeleton in MilkShape using their tutorial, but it wont work with the DSQ's in Torque ShowToolPro. So the question is this: what program do I use to create the skeleton, or how do I make a DSQ compatible skeleton? thanks.

Those animations were created with a Character Studio Biped skeleton (3dstudio Max). Theoretically it's possible to make a compatible skeleton by making all your node names match, but you would also have to make sure the base pose is the same, etc.... it's probably more trouble than it's worth.

In the DTS plus exporter is Mr. Blue guy, who has an Orc compatible skeleton. You might want to start from there.
