To get rid of the health bars press F10 in the game and you'll enter the UI editor. To stop your character from falling you need to press F11 and move the spawn point down so that it's closer to the ground.

Start by learning to spell and punctuate the english language correctly. You will find that it's easier get useful search results when you spell the things you're searching for correctly. You will also get a lot more respect from the people you're asking for help.

I'm sorry if this comes out as being offensive, but I just can't resist. Here is what your post should look like:

Oh, and how do I get rid of the health bars on the left hand side? Thanks.

Your player starts in the player spawn point. It is in the mission file. You need to put it at the ground level. You can switch to the camera (Alt-C) when you're in the game so you don't fall, and then go into the world editor and move the spawn point down to ground level. Then save the mission and restart. You could also do this in the mission file itself with a text editor. If you know what level your terrain is at (zero, maybe?), you could just type 0 for the third number in the position attribute of your spawn datablock.

Alternately you could raise the entire terrain to the level of your current spawn point. But I'm not exactly sure how to go about this.

Edit: Niel beat me to it...
