It takes more than nifty art to make a game, and the initial summary of "buissness man who wanders the streets" doesn't sound particularly exciting.

One Knight Army has hand drawn artwork, and the screenshots look pretty cool, but if it plays like a dog (and I haven't played it, so I don't know) then the artwork won't save it.

If you can actually create a fun game, then fun artwork will add to it, but you need to have a solid base to put that art on.

Maybe a stick-figure Leisure Suit Larry type thing? We all know businessmen's affinities for certain "clubs" especially when at Comdex or CES ;) Fits right-into your initial theme...
