Feature request, yep. Another one.

Hello,
I have a few minor things I'd love to see in this program.
First of all, this might already exist, I'm not sure. I haven't been able to find it though; Is there some way to (preferably via the keyboard) walk up/down in the sequences list? (like page down/page up with the loaded objects). It's a pain to check through all your animations when you have to open the dropdown list and remember which sequence you were just viewing so you can select the next one.
Then perhaps unclutter the "load" dialogs a bit. Can't we get a folder view instead of getting all the files in one long list? When you have a lot of animations or models (and several versions of all of them) it gets quite difficult to find the right file.
Other than that, great program. Wouldn't be able to get my work done without it =).

And yup, I use the project directory "trick" too, but it doesn't work in all situations (when I have models with similar names in subdirs for example) and it's quite awkward to set up when I have several versions of the same models.
I might add too that neither of the problems are that bad if you just had to do things one or 10 times, but when you sit with your model, fix some tiny little thing, load it and have to look through everything over and over the time quickly adds up. =)
One more thing I just remembered now; Would it be possible to add some way to reload all animations in some future version? Or even reload the whole model BUT keep the mounted objects (or maybe there is some way to add something to the .cs file that automatically loads some objects to be mounted?). I find myself having to remount objects quite often.
The bottom line is; showtool is a great program, but user interaction wise there are some things that take a little too much effort, especially when it's something you have to do maybe 20 or 30 times, or more a day...

Yeah, true. The sequence is in the box, but I have to look through the whole list to find it (which still take an extra second or so when you have 30-40 sequences). It would really help if I could just cycle through the sequences with a key. What I do now is to open up the Sequence Info window and click the sequences there. I would still prefer to have a shortcut to it though as the sequence window takes up a lot of space and I still have to sit around and click with my mouse. When almost everything else have shortcuts it would be nice if this did too. =)And yup, I use the project directory "trick" too, but it doesn't work in all situations (when I have models with similar names in subdirs for example) and it's quite awkward to set up when I have several versions of the same models.

You mean for all the currently loaded characters? Loading a DTS and CS will load all the animations you have setup for a single character.

Ah, sorry. That sentence got a bit mixed up there. What I ment was to reload a model (or just the animations) without having to set up my mounted objects again. As I said, it's not something that takes that much time to do, if you have to do it once. But when you have to do it a hundred times it does get quite annoying after a while. =)--

With a lot of directories it does get a little cluttered. What I generally do is just make more project directories. I have actually found this ve3ry useful since I can jump right to the directory of files I am looking for. It does take a little bit of time of setting up on the front end but I find it to be a time saver on the backend.
