.dif Viewer

Greetings,
is there a .dif viewer available anywhere? What I mean is I'd like to makie a program in which we can look through .dif objects.....has anybody got any suggestions how I can start something like this, or maybe a viewer like this already exists?

You could load them into the engine with a blank mission.

Interior Render Modes are also useful for examining .dif files.
