Cfg Files

Anybody know where I could find a tutorial or more information on how to use cfg files? Do you just write whatever node names as they appear in your scene, or do you have to make sure your joints and stuff have a specific name format? Also, can I list a joint in the never export section and every joint in that hierachy is included to never export?

Both exporters are based on the dtsSdkPlus and should handle the config files nearly identically.
