Rain/Snow Precipitations Tutorial

Well guys, finally .... :)
what you all been waiting for
A precipitation tutorial that works... with all the engine changes included... i've done this with the head version, not the latest from today but it's head after all, hope it works for all of you guys who wanted rain in your games but could get the textures to load.

Shibby! ive been waiting on the textured precip, as i knew people were already working on it. A load off of my mind. ill run it through its paces and let you know how it goes!

Thx. Also, after the engine changes, how would the default effects be implemented if we wanted them?

Someone said lightning wasn't reading the textures; if that's true then it's being generated by the engine (that's what I mean by default).

i dont understand yet, but yes you need to do the engine modifications to get the engine to read the textures, if you dont it wont be reading the dml file...
some hardcoded path problem i think
