500 poly helicopter

Here is about a 500 poly helicopter model I quickly created the other day... Don't know when I'll get around to finishing the details or textures, so here ya go! Do with it what you will... It's in .OBJ format.

It takes time, but first you need to scale it properly (1unit = 1 meter), then create a UV map for the model, and finally paint the texture using the UV map you created. There are some great tutorials by Nigel and others that cover the basics of doing this from within Blender.Good luck!

I can convert it for you but it has no uv or texture with it. What you see in the picture is what you will get. So let me know if that what you want.

Nice helicopter! I textured it with a metalic camo and a broken glass(for the windows) and it turned out ok, but I won't dare post it since I am such a newb at uv-mapping :D.-Okashira
