High Contrast Post Filter Effect

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I was wondering with stock TSE is it possible to apply (through script, for example) 2D filter effects to each frame, such as high contrast, or blur, or noise, or any other filters like this? For example, lets say you have a scene and you want a kind of over-exposed photo effect with a high contrast look... how would that be done with TSE?

I'm thinking of getting TSE, but wondering if this is something that can be done relatively easily.

Also, are there any new demos coming out soon for TSE?

@Will: I don't think post rendering effects would be suited for scripting.

I have been pushing for (and it seems to be on the plan) to allow post rendering effects to be tied to a shader via scripts...but it may take a while before that happens.

Okay , thanks.
