How do I add .lib files?

I don't have Eclipse in front of me, but going by their documentation (taking a guess based on various screen shots), I'd say you go to the Project properties window, and select "C/C++ Build".

On the left side, there's a tree control with 3 main nodes, "compiler", "assembler", and "linker". You want the linker. I'm not sure exactly what you have to do after that, but at least you'll be looking at the right window.
