Missing model

Hello,

I am using 3DS Max 6 and I have a problem. I am new to torque and am debating on whether or not i want to buy it, so naturally I want to see how bringing in character models and their animation work. I've been through the tutorials and exported a character model I made in max 6. It exported with no errors. Upon my returning into the the FPS starter kit, I loaded the model. The bounding box shows up but no model. So I figured I did something wrong. So I load up the "player.max" (which is ready for exporting) hit whole shape and again upon returning to FPSSK it loads but only a bounding box. So then I go and use unmessdts. This time it only loads the multires::player mesh but that is it. Am I missing a step? All my textures are in the same folder as the player.dts which is in the folder in the example/starter.fps/data/shapes/player directory.

Thank you to anyone who responds, this will be a big help as seeing my animation in the engine will prove ease of use therefore helping me and a few friends decide to buy licesenses.

John
