I believe it is what the Torque Game Engine used ot be called.

Whether it is around or not.. it still exists, and you should be able to find it via google...I believe it is what the Torque Game Engine used ot be called.

V12 is the ancestor of Torque.

Yes, V 12 is the precursor to TGE, and is no longer supported. If you plan on using TGE, you must purchase a license (to get access to the source code), and then you'll have full support here in the forums, as well as the latest version of the engine.
