This is like 5 years later and this same broken link is in Torque3D. For anyone who happens to come to this page, you can find good datablock info here: http://tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/TorqueScript/Datablocks#Introduction_to_Datablocks

Thanks for digging this one up Charles, and thanks to Jack for posting about it originally. It looks like that's a comment left over from the early days of the engine when a lot of the best resources were scattered all over the web on the personal sites of users. I'll pass this one along to the team.
