TGE SDK Installer 1.3.1?

Shouldn't the SDK installer be updated for 1.3.1? 1.4 RC also?

Installers are only updated as the final step of a major (not minor) revision. 1.3.1 is a minor revision, and 1.4 isn't in final release yet!

When 1.4 isn't in a highly broken state of RC, we'll work a bit harder on getting an installer out there. There doesn't seem to be much reason to make it easier for noobs to shoot themselves in the foot...

That's why I spend several hours a day purposely not making new installers... :P
