NEUROBLAST SOFTWARE INC.

We are currently looking to acquire the services of a number of talented
individuals to contribute to our project. At present, we have more than 30
talented individuals who have agreed to contribute their time and effort to
this company. We are currently in production of a forensics based game
which will be used both as a technical training aid for the law enforcement
industry and with an entertainment theme used as a commercial title. We
have also acquired the rights to develop the game called DarkSoul...SciFi
Fantasy Action Game.

Some of our recent highlights include;

a.. Former Chief of Forensics for the FBI-collaborator
b.. Genie Winning Sound Director who has done work for Theatrical
releases and television director of Sound and Music
c.. Former Ballistics expert for the RCMP and co-developer of the
Integrated Ballistic Identification System (IBIS) used in forensic labs
around the world-President & Founder
d.. Approval from the Ministry of Public Security to use the
Montreal forensic labs as a basis for model and texture development.
e..Management team comprised of business professionals in Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing and Financial Consulting.

We are based out of Kingston, Ontario, Canada and initially are offering
profit sharing as we seek investment capital. Initially dealings with
