Need an artist and a little bit of programmer help

We need help on our freeware project getting a pair of hands from 3D Max to TGE.

We are making a rewrite of our hand sign animator to use TGE and include skinning that will support our world languages literacy reading program. The hand sign animator will help deaf kids in developing countries to learn to read.

We have a donated pair of hands from PeeKoot that you can start from to touch up and export. We really need this Artist help because till now we have been unsuccessful in getting the export to work.

We could also use a jump start from a cracker jack programmer to get our volunteer programmer pointed in the right direction.
