FxShapeReplicator problem...mission won't load....

I am having a problem with the shape replicator. I am making a jungly (is that an adjective?) forest that is very low poly (it will be viewed from a distance). I can use it in the mission editor fine, and it displays my little foliage model great. The problem is when I save the mission and exit Torque. When I go back in the mission stalls on the loading GUI at 0%. Like I said, the model shows up in the game and in Torque Show Tool Pro just great. For some reason I just can't load a level with it as the model in a fxShapeReplicator instance.

The mission will load fine if I have the model in the level as just a static shape though. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a special requirement of the models used in the fxShapeReplicator? Should I just continue to bang my head against the desk?

P.S. there are no console errors or warnings.

What does the console say? Are there errors there? Hit ~ to enter the console

I have heard people say console.log, so I am assuming there is a console.log file you could probably check as well.

Nothing other than it usually does. It just stops at lighting mission...
