Hacking in dynamic lights

Ok. so i got dynamic point lights happening in TSE.
(i'll be cleaning up the code and posting a resource soon)
but i'm still working out a few little issues

I would love to have a look as well Kevin, if it ever would be possible. I would even go back to the Milestone that was used when you made those lights, just to prototype a few indoor levels.

Well guys I merged this with head and its throwing asserts like nuts, something about an fxlight not being in the correct bins, there is another version of this that doesnt use fxlight, but i never figured out how to get it to render the "gizmo" so for realtime editing it was kinda lame, (you have to apply for changes to take affect)
