FPS starter pack selling question

I was cycling through the forums and i saw that someone mentioned that you can't sell something related to the starter fps because that would be like selling a mod.
I was just wandering, my game got off on the basics of the starter.fps, but we have made some dramatic changes:
Our own graphics, in everything, nothing that even resembles to the old starter.fps
Our own gameplay
and we are working on our own gourad shading
Does this still count as a mod off the starter.fps?

The game we are creating uses none of the original graphics. Hell, we even created our own default for the landscape.
So, does that mean that we are allowed to sell it?

As long as you meet the requirements in the EULA (like you cannot release the source code itself, you cannot release a "game maker" tool, etc.--make sure you read it carefully) yes, absolutely you can! The purpose of TGE (and all of the TAP) is to provide the framework for you to create and sell games, and that includes the code in the starter kits. It sounds like that is all you are worried about, since you've changed all of the art and landscape, etc.

Is it legal to use the starter kit media in my own game?
