Some 2D art Tutorials

Hey all
Deciding that I wanted to learn how to draw crude ugly stuff (basically, just to prototype until I could make a decent enough demo to get some artsy types on board), I went on a journey to find some decent 2D art tutorials.
I was seriously surprised by the complete lack of tutorials out there. I did come across some stuff after a while. I figured hey? What the heck? I might as well post some links for those as completely lost as I am in the art world.
I've been wanting to try different things in T2D. Without art, how could I do it? So here is a list of some good tutorials that I found. I will give a brief overall on them as I go.
First of, Kafka's Koffee was a site I remember seeing around the AGS forums a while back and was surprised to find it again. The art is good and it has a good flow to it. He uses Photoshop to explain some of the basics. This page alone has a plethora of links to other sites and covers everything you can imagine. Granted it's mostly older style color schemes, but it is worth the look see.
Second Igor Sinkovec's Animation tutorial is very brief but covers some of good information on animation. No programs are used. It is a theory lesson if anything. It is worth a read though.
Third, I would like to mention FARP. It is a good site with lots of fantasy related stuff. The problem is that it is as slow as mud.
Forth, Ron's Toons shows some fun cartoon style drawing using Paint Shop Pro. If thats your bag.
That's about all I have for now. If anyone has some cool art resources that they would like to share with some of us less artistic people please post it here! I will add more stuff if I find it.

Lennart, you are my hero. I remember the "So, you want to be a pixel artist" set of articles from way back when. :)

Spriteart.com. Here is another one that I got from a post that Tek had made. Why he didn't post this great resource here, I don't know

Alternatively, I was hoarding it for myself. :-p
