Wich is the easiest way to use TBE to compile Lighting Pack?? Is it to merge the engine folder?? Or do I have to merge everything. Because in the end I just want the exe files right?? The script's and the DTS files I can "snatch" from the zip file.

The Lighting Pack is based on TGE 1.3, so you don't need to merge the two together.
I would just move the Lighting Pack folder to 'C:\Torque\SDK' where TBE is looking for it and then rerun the TBE install, or follow the manual TBE installation instructions to point TBE to the Lighting Pack's directory.
Let me know if this helps!

Once that is done you will need to update the .mk file under the engine dir to add the ligting pack files
IE
I have also heard that the igting pack was integrated into TGE 1.3, not sure if that is true or gossip
