Advanced Level 9 Help needed

I can't get through this level. Mike's hint book on Gold times states to "start off by rolling off the left sude of the platform and getting the gem at the bottom of the level." THis cannot be the literal left, as you fall off the maze. Is there a more specific starting point or another strategy out there?

Never mind... of course I figured it out once I posted the question...

I can't wait to get through the Advanced levels so I can "reward" myself with all the custom levels out there...

U dont have 2 finish al of the advanced levels 2 be able 2 download the custom levels. i followed mikes gold time path(just to at lest finish the level) and it didnt werk 4 me. and i have like 14 levels downloaded.
