Exporting dsq without root bone

HI

I have my mesh rigged to Biped from character studio and everything works fine.

Now i want to export ONLY animations of upper body, i write .cfg file and i export.

The problem is that when I export my dsq file without Bip01 Pelvis bone in Always Export section the animation i SHOW TOOL is distorted (polygons stretched and rotated 90 DEG)
I assume that Pelvis is root bone and when i export without it the rest of the bones don't have proper information about orientation???
Can anyone tell me how to bypass this problem.
