Level/gameplay designer wanted

The RPG/adventure romance game Xenallure could use another designer or two! ^_^

We need someone to decide what should be in what rooms in what areas. (Rooms are 3D areas seen from a set, non-rotating camera pov; within a room the player can walk, run, jump, possibly fly, and use the action button to do things like talk to NPCs, pick up crates, zoom in on puzzles, etc.)
We also need someone to come up with more ideas for how our combat (arcade-style) and item systems should work. If you can design adventure-style puzzles that would also be great.
More info: Our current staff consists of a lead designer/art coordinator (me), an assistant designer (Avatar God), and 2 concept artists (Hallow and MeowMeowMeow). We are done designing our worldbuilding and have moved into the second design phase: fleshing out characters, story, and gameplay. Now that we have some concept art, we will also be putting up a project webpage soon. :)
