Holes in Terrain...

Has anyone else had any problems with holes in their terrain.
One of the instances in which this happens is when I create a custom terrain from a heightmap.
Is this just a general rendering error.
BTW Im in a celeron 500, 1 gig of RAM, GeForce2, Win2K.

I haven't looked at the code, but if you have a base terrain with holes in it already (like scorchedPlanet), then I think the new generated terrain will have holes too. Check if your player can fall through them. If he can, then it's probably not a rendering error. You'll just need to close them up again.Dark

Bill, the terrain editor allows you to cut out holes in the terrain in order to interface with buildings that allow the player to run underground. Several of the default missions have holes in the terrain where there are no buildings, an oversight.
