When I was trying to buy the Torque engine it seems as if there is no way to send it through PayPal. Since all the money I have is ON PayPal, would there be any way for me to pay through there? I mean, I do not have a credit card, so, using PayPal is the only way I can buy stuff on the internet. If you can please help me out it would be extremely great.

The buyer goes through totally free from paypals end.
Any fees you pay as buyer is up to your card company. Normally the regular "its a micro credit so you pay that" or the currency conversion fees.
Paypal to me is a primary platform because it gives me as buyer acceptable ways to fight illegal sales (illegal means sales that break one or more laws, including the false advertisement laws)

On paypal only the seller pays. 2.4% to 3.9% per transaction depending on the monthly volume. The buyer goes through totally free from paypals end.

But I have those protections with my Visa debit, too. Should a seller cease to exist, I can also get a refund when an item breaks while in warranty (which is as much as 5 years, depending on type of product).

OK, then I'm safer as a buyer than I expected with Paypal :)But I have those protections with my Visa debit, too. Should a seller cease to exist, I can also get a refund when an item breaks while in warranty (which is as much as 5 years, depending on type of product).
