FxShapeReplicator Bug: Visual Junk
by Toby W. Allen · in Torque Game Engine · 03/04/2005 (8:45 am) · 1 replies
Engine: TGE 1.3
Reproducibility: Always
Severity: Very annoying!
Platform: WinXp
Card: ATI 8500 All in Wonder
Drivers: Latest for OGL, DX, ATI.
Source of the Bug:
FxShapeReplicator -> Debugging -> ShowPlacementArea
Description:
When you tick the show placement area, as the circle rotate, it spuws from the center of the FxShapeReplicator, so the node you can actually move, it spuws out verts and crap that make the screen flash. Think of this as you have a triangle, one vert stays at the center of the node and the two others verts are just chucked towards the camera... very weird. I'll try and get a screenshot.
Toby.
