TGE runway lights

I am trying to get runway lights to work without any success and cant seem to find much detail about them except the properties of a runway light and the fact that it needs a named target.

My question is what kind of object does the target have to be and how does it need to be named - a property value or the object name itself?

I dont use quark but what i do to get them to work is
Place a runway light and a target entity.
name the target to what you want , use same name on the runwayentitys targetdestination.
Set how many steps you should have between the runwaylight and the target.
steps is the same as number of runway lights.
This works fine for me.

Thanks Billy - I had not noticed that there was an entity called target!

Too much time in front of the computer I think :(
