Using milkshape 4 weapons

I made a weapon in milkshape and i don't know how to export it to the demo with the tools included. I have the newest "head" version of torque. Anybody with a minute to explain a success story exporting weapons with milkshape??

Compile the milkshape exporter then put it in your milkshape dir.

When exporting I chose Bounding Box, uncheck export animation, youll have to trial and error on the Global Scale factor setting. simply replace the weapon.dts with your new one. (youll need to add 3 joints for the actual weapon...open the same weapon to see what to add)
