HEY YA :)
got the sdk last night, i had a question, in the info about it online it says there is a terrain height generator and a terrain editor, where do i find these, its hard to get used to something with very little documentation ;)

Thx, i found that now, but i understood there was actually a 'height map generator' so i wouldnt have to paint the whole map

As for painting the whole terrain you would use the terrain texture editor. With this editor you can apply textures across your whole map based on many variables including, height, slope, and water level.

Well there is the Terrain terraform editor which will use different algorithms to generate terrain based on what operations you choose.As for painting the whole terrain you would use the terrain texture editor. With this editor you can apply textures across your whole map based on many variables including, height, slope, and water level.
