GUI Editor will not work.

When I press F10, the only thing that happens is that the screen is bordered in yellow and I can move around buttons and delete them. None of the GUI Editor interface can be seen. I tried putting it on full screen but it was still missing.

What resolution are you running tge in? because the editor wont really display everything at then 800x600.

Ok. I changed game resolution and it worked.
