Terrain texture datablock.

I read a post earlier about liquid datablocks and it got me thinking...

How hard would it be to have texture datablocks? Where you would set the sound, footpuff, friction, and texture. This would make things a LOT easier, and really dynamic.

Someone else posted on this :) Yes, this is a good idea. It would be much cleaner than the current implementation. I'm not sure why it wasn't done that way to start with.
