Map issues

I have been trying to make a underground bunker for awhile now. No matter what I do something goes wrong. This is my 4th time redoing this map.

I actually got it to export and work in TGE, but now that I'm placing in TSE I'm getting weird fragments. The map is completely zoned. I tried adding more Zones, less zone, block ambient lighting, let ambient lighting through, putting null textures on any face that isn't seen, change all the textures to one known good, remove all light entities and removing details to reduce surfaces. It's usually one specific section, I'll spend days trying various things, eventually I'll get the zone working but then a different zone that was working will break right after.

What are you using to create your bunker? QuArk?

TSE has a different .dif exporter than TGE

Cart shop. And I'm using the TSE exporter
