Building texture pack

Hi,
we are on our way to produce a fine texture pack with european buildings and city elements.
First pack will contain older buildings. It should be a mixture of tileable and non-tileable textures.
You should be able to construct different buildings with this pack. In general first floor ( shops, doors ) and the rest will be separated, so you can combine as needed.
Content could be
- front
- backyard
- shops
- roofs
it could look like this, which is just a first very raw test:
www.gosub.de/simon/tex/index.htm
www.pictofun.de/ogier001.jpg
this one is more advanced:
www.pictofun.de/preview/kilashop.jpg
Our goal is to make a pack, we would like to buy ourselves and did not find so far.
It would be nice if you could tell us, what you need in such a pack, what kind of city building, Elements ... or whatever could help to make a pack that you want.
Thank You
Berndt and Simon

Berndt - This pack would be extremely useful for the project I'm working on. We are building a european town and could use these to supplement the work we've done already. The most useful thing for us would be lots of different windows, doors, tiling walls (brick, plaster), tiling or non-tiling detail textures like pipes going up the buildings, wooden window sills and window frames, etc. Here's hoping this gets released!

thank you,
@Nauris, we try to make the size for the raw files as high as possible ( after image processing maybe around 1600 *1200 ), the power of 2 sets for game apps should be between 1024 and 256 in lossless quality.
@Jeff, please send me a mail, I think I can help you with something, as the release will need some time.
